It depends on when you filed. File your N-400 on or after October 20, 2025 and you take the 2025 test. File before that and you take the 2008 test. Visaful sets the right one from your filing date.
The officer asks up to 20 of the 128 questions out loud. You pass with 12 right, and the officer stops once you reach 12 right or 9 wrong.
If you're 65 or older and have been a permanent resident for 20 years or more when you file, you study only the 20 starred questions. The officer asks 10 and you need 6 right, and you may take it in the language of your choice.
You read aloud 1 of up to 3 sentences and write 1 of up to 3 sentences the officer reads out. In Visaful you read from the screen and type the sentence you hear.
Ask the officer to repeat or rephrase it. USCIS tells officers to repeat and rephrase until they're satisfied you understand, and you don't need to understand every word on the form. Never answer a question you don't understand.
You get a second try. USCIS schedules a second interview 60 to 90 days later that tests only the part you failed.

No. Answer every one truthfully. Visaful checks that you understand each question and can explain your answer in your own words.
